Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

However, we will make every effort to re-rent the days at the same rate; if successful, we will refund 100% of your payments. If Oceanfront Properties Inc. can re-rent them at discounted rates, we will refund you at the discounted rate. If you shorten your stay, there will be no discount or refund. Neither late arrival nor early departure warrants any refund of rental rate, cleaning fee, or Property Damage Protection.
